Ways to feel beautiful & sexy.

Everyone is dealing with quarantine differently. Some people have an entire family, some are couples and then there is the rest of us, single and alone. Of course everyone is dealing with this new way of life their own way. I will only speak for myself. My daily routine is a little off but I continue to workout every morning and follow my meal plan. I may have indulged once or twice on chocolate but for the most part I am sticking to fueling my body and not mindless snacking.

I have to admit there are times where I might feel a bit lonely. I've been single for a while and though I had someone I cared for once the only contact we had was about two weeks ago just to check in. But the reality is that I am single and it can get boring. Though honestly I love the quiet. I deal with people from all over the world everyday and most of my nights are spent at events. Don't get me wrong I love it, but a break from dealing with people is nice. During those moments of loneliness and just sitting here I want to do something that makes me feel good. I don't want to get fully dressed but one of the things that makes me happy is lingerie.

I go through my crate, yup you read that right. My crate of lingerie, mostly with tags and I pick a piece. Grab my favorite red lipstick, some sparkly earrings and boom... I feel sexy as hell. Ok Single Girl! I just feel beautiful and sexy, for no one else but myself! I see how the lace hits my curves and belly. The red lips fuels my power, next time I have to put on some mascara. Light up a candle, grab a glass of wine and feel like the most seductive being. For Who? All for me! As a single woman that can be flooded with doubts asking, why am I single when I am so fabulous? I stop these negative thoughts that might creep up even more in a time of quarantine. I've worked hard to be fulfilled with the woman that I am. I am fabulous and yes even with my belly I feel sexy as hell. I am beautiful. I don't need validation from anyone and so what if I am single?!

So whether you are single or not and you want to do something you love to feel your best, Do it! Now, to pick my next look. This time I have to add some heels and mascara.
